The Visionary provides AI-powered creative tools, including: • Image editing and generation (Text to Image, Edit, Multi-Edit) • Video generation and transformation (Image to Video, Extend) • Voice cloning and speech generation These tools use proprietary artificial-intelligence models to generate content based on your inputs.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.1 Your Content You retain ownership of all images, videos, audio, and text you upload ("User Content"). You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to submit such content. 4.2 License to Us You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use your User Content solely to provide the Service to you and improve our AI models. We never share your content with third parties. 4.3 Prohibited Content You agree not to upload or generate content that: • Depicts minors (under 18) in any sexual context • Depicts any person without their explicit consent • Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate • Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights • Violates any applicable law 4.4 Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service • Reverse-engineer or abuse our systems • Use unofficial third-party interfaces • Distribute CSAM or any illegal content

AI-Generated Content is created algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. We do not guarantee accuracy, realism, or fitness for any purpose. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you all rights to the AI-Generated Content created specifically for you, excluding our underlying software and models. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or publish AI-Generated Content created from your uploads.

6.1 Credits Credits are a virtual currency used to generate content. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once consumed for a generation, they cannot be restored. 6.2 VIP Subscriptions VIP subscriptions provide additional benefits including extra daily credits, queue priority, and lottery multipliers. VIP subscriptions stack — purchasing a new subscription adds to your remaining time. VIP level and XP are permanently retained even after expiration. 6.3 Refunds We do not provide refunds for purchased credits or subscription fees except as required by law. All sales are final. 6.4 Pricing Prices may be displayed in USD or Telegram Stars. Stars prices include a platform fee charged by Telegram. Purchasing Stars via the Telegram web or desktop version provides 30% extra Stars compared to mobile.

Our referral program allows you to earn credits and commissions by inviting friends. Referral rewards are subject to the rules displayed on the referrals page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Fraudulent or abusive referral activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

All intellectual-property rights in the Service, including our AI models, software, trademarks, and branding, remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit any unused credits, subscription fees, and accrued rewards.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
